Notice is hereby given that the 2016 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at the offices of Reed Smith LLP at The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS on Thursday, 24 November 2016 at 11.00am (UK time) to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions (all resolutions being ordinary resolutions, save for resolutions 9 and 10 which will be proposed as special resolutions).
