On 9 May 2022 the Company announced that Kartikeya Parikshya, a PDMR of the Company, had exercised 942,757 share options at an exercise price of ZAR2.97 per Ordinary Share (as defined below) and 2,000,000 share options at an exercise price of ZAR2.30 per Ordinary Share.
