Appointment of Mr Lumkile Mondi to the Pallinghurst Board

The directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lumkile Mondi as an independent non‐ executive director of the board of Pallinghurst. The appointment will take effect immediately.

Mr Mondi is a senior lecturer at the School of Economics and Business Science at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. Mr Mondi serves on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies including ArcelorMittal South Africa, and holds a Masters in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.

Mr Mondi has held senior positions at a number of key South African institutions including Transnet and most recently as a Chief Economist of the Industrial Development Corporation.
