Louis is a representative of Rational Expectations (Pty) Ltd, per the disclosures in the Company’s recent Prospectus published on 20 May 2025. Louis du Preez’s appointment follows regulatory due diligence and the approval of shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held earlier this morning.
