Market Update: Operating Results to 30 June 2022

Gemfields shareholders are advised that the Company has released information about its operating results and financial position up to and including 30 June 2022. The figures have been produced on a monthly basis for Gemfields’ 75%-owned Kagem emerald mine, its 75%- owned Montepuez ruby mine and wholly owned Fabergé, the iconic luxury brand.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This Statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and covers the financial year ending 31st December 2021. It provides an explanation of the steps that Gemfields Group Limited and its subsidiaries (“Gemfields” or “we”) take to combat the potential for modern slavery and human trafficking to take place in its business and supply chains.

Non-Executive Director Resignation

Gemfields advises that Mr Carel Malan tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 29 June 2022, with such resignation to take effect from latest 31 December 2022.
