Before investing in the Group, prospective investors should consider the following risks and uncertainties carefully. The Board is collectively responsible for the Group’s risk management and delegates responsibility to the Directors at a strategic level. Operationally, the responsibility lies with key individuals within the subsidiary structure and mitigating factors are considered at that level.
